Delivery
As all products are manufactured to order by various manufacturers. We are normally able to complete all deliveries within four weeks. However, most orders are delivered within 2-3 weeks, and we will confirm an approximate delivery date as soon as possible followed by confirmation when the goods have been despatched.

Delivery Information
- Please be aware that orders may be delivered on large vehicles and products are sometimes palletised for delivery. Access for this type of vehicle and equipment is required.
- Please check delivery for any shortages or damage. Clearly state on the carrier’s delivery note any damages or shortages and contact us immediately. If the carrier will not wait for the goods to be checked please state “Driver would not wait for goods inspection” along with your signature.
- If somebody, other than the customer has agreed to accept the delivery, the delivery still needs to be signed and checked in the same manner.
- For large orders please make sure there is someone available to assist delivery driver with offloading goods.
- Customers are responsible for disposing of any packaging material.
- Deliveries are made to ground floor only.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are based on delivery to one address and charged as follows:
- 10% of order Value
- Minimum charge £30.00
- Maximum charge £75.00

Delivery charges are based on deliveries to UK mainland only with the following exception:
